Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions and all other expressed terms of the contract shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
1. Confirmation of bookings
1.1   An Online Booking Form must be completed, and returned to 0topro in order to reserve places and dates.
1.2   Alternative methods of confirmation can be by email or official purchase order.
1.3   Where payment is made in advance, a completed Booking Form may sometimes not be required.
1.4   In all cases, 0topro will issue an invoice within two working days.
2. Payments
2.1   Payment must be made at the time of booking if paid by credit card, otherwise upon receipt of invoice.
2.2   If a booking is made more than 30 days prior to a course date, payment can be delayed until no later than 21 days prior to a course, if agreed at the time of booking:            this will then be recorded on the invoice.
2.3   Credit terms are subject to satisfactory references and trading volumes.
2.4   0topro reserves the right to charge interest on late payments.
2.5   The granting of credit terms does not exempt clients from re-booking or cancellation charges.
2.6   0topro reserves the right to cancel training courses or places on them if payment terms are not observed.
2.7   If any kind of discount is applied, payment cannot be made by credit card or PayPal.
3. Cancellations, re-scheduling and transfers
3.1   Cancellation, re-scheduling or transfer requests must be received by email to mail@0topro.com.au
3.2   The date on which email is received by 0topro will be deemed as the date the request has been made.
3.3   Agreement on dates for re-scheduling or transfer shall be subject to the availability of places, spaces and/or trainers.
3.4   If a re-scheduled or transferred booking cannot subsequently be attended by the client, an administration fee will apply.
3.5   If notified more than 7 days prior to the training start date, a delegate can transfer on to the next scheduled course without penalty.
